Shipping policy

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times & Carriers:

  • Standard shipping: 5-8 business days

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

Shipping Delays:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events.
  • If your package is delayed, please refer to your tracking information and reach out to the carrier for updates.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered."
  • If your package is missing, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly before contacting us.

Incorrect Address:

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Refunds & Chargebacks:

  • Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.
  • We do not offer refunds for delays caused by the carrier.
