Shipping policy
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Times & Carriers:
- Standard shipping: 5-8 business days
Order Tracking:
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
Shipping Delays:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events.
- If your package is delayed, please refer to your tracking information and reach out to the carrier for updates.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered."
- If your package is missing, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly before contacting us.
Incorrect Address:
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Refunds & Chargebacks:
- Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.
- We do not offer refunds for delays caused by the carrier.
